FAQ
How do I book a shoot?
First step is to message me! We'll work together to find the package and time that works best for you! Once we've agreed on a date, a 30% non-refundable down payment is required to lock in your time slot.
What is your typical timeline?
After we finish the photoshoot, I will complete and publish your gallery within 3 weeks. I will send you a link to your gallery once it's done!
What payment methods are available?
I use PayPal as my main method of payment.
Do you offer retouching and photoshop for photos?
Each photo in your gallery undergoes standard editing, including lighting adjustments and color correction. For advanced retouching, such as removing blemishes, altering hair, removing stains, and adjusting the horse’s hair/coat, a fee of $100 is required.
In addition to standard editing, basic Photoshop is included in your package. This includes removing unexpected objects/people in the background. For removing planned props or accessories from photos, a fee of $100 is required.
Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy
I understand that life can get in the way sometimes! To ensure a fair and respectful process for both of us, I have the following policies for rescheduling and cancelling :
My policy for Rescheduling:
There is no fee for rescheduling due to severe or inclement weather. I also permit one free reschedule at any time leading up to the photoshoot for non-weather-related events. The next two reschedules (at any time leading up to the photoshoot) for non-weather-related events require a $50 fee. A third reschedule (for non-weather-related reasons) will not be permitted and will be deemed a cancellation.
My Policy for Cancellation:
I permit cancellation up to 48 hours before the photoshoot. Within less than 48 hours, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Are the images in your portfolio for sale?
Yes! Visit the 'Store' link to purchase prints!
Do you offer photoshoots for subjects other than horses?
I specialize in equine photo shoots, but I can accommodate special requests! I have had so much fun photographing families and engagement sessions, as well as our furry friends. Please reach out to inquire!
Can I buy a print of a photo in my finished gallery?
Yes! After I deliver your finished gallery, you have the option of purchasing large digital downloads as well as hard copies of the photos in your gallery.
How far do you travel for photoshoots?
I travel 30 miles from Rowley, MA, for free, and for every mile beyond that radius, it's $1/mile round-trip.
